  • 15–20 hours per week, Mon-Fri

    Hours range: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm

    Site Supervisors are the friendly, reliable faces of our program in the community who deliver and serve meals, build relationships with kids, and create a positive environment each day. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and a strong communicator. They’re comfortable in a hands-on environment and excited to make a meaningful impact each day.

    Hours: 6:30 am - 1:30 pm

    Starting at $20/hour

    The Lead Operations Assistant is a key on-the-ground leader responsible for coordinating daily meal packing and distribution, food stocking, and inventory. This fast-paced, hands-on role blends logistics, team leadership, and problem-solving to ensure meals are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. The ideal candidate is reliable, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, keeps teams organized and motivated, and takes initiative to solve problems as they arise.

    The Staff Assistant is a hands-on summer role perfect for responsible and reliable college students or rising high school seniors who want to gain real work experience while making a difference in their community. The ideal candidate is a dependable and hardworking, showing up on time, working well with others, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.

    Hours: vary 6:30 am - 2:30 pm

    The Satellite Kitchen Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of meal preparation, packing, and daily distribution at a satellite location. This role combines kitchen management, operations coordination, and team leadership to ensure meals are prepared safely, packed accurately, and delivered on time. This role requires someone who can stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly when plans change, and approach challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.

    The successful candidate will train at our main kitchen in summer 2026 (Orleans) and transition to independently run a satellite location in 2027(Chatham).
